Meet the Staff

Julie Rawlings Hoppe President Julie is an owner and President of Vintage Title and Escrow. Julie has been involved in the Real Estate business in Kearney for 20 years. She is a Registered Abstracter and Licensed Title Agent. Julie is active in the Nebraska Land Title Association, and is the 2005-2006 President. She was recently appointed by Governor Heineman to serve a 6 year term on the Abstracter's Board of Examiners. She is a member of West Central Nebraska Homebuilders Association. Julie serves on the Associates Committee of the National Association of Homebuilders and has chaired the Associates Communications and Recognition Subcommittee of NAHB. She was previously the Associates Vice President for Nebraska State Homebuilders Association. She is also a longstanding member of the Buffalo County Board of Realtors. As a graduate of Leadership Kearney, Julie was the co-founder of Youth Leadership Kearney. She has served on several Kearney Area boards including the YMCA.
