Julie Rawlings Hoppe
President
Julie is an owner and President of Vintage Title and Escrow. Julie has been involved in the Real Estate business in Kearney for 20 years. She is a Registered Abstracter and Licensed Title Agent.
Julie is active in the Nebraska Land Title Association, and is the 2005-2006 President. She was recently appointed by Governor Heineman to serve a 6 year term on the Abstracter's Board of Examiners. She is a member of West Central Nebraska Homebuilders Association. Julie serves on the Associates Committee of the National Association of Homebuilders and has chaired the Associates Communications and Recognition Subcommittee of NAHB. She was previously the Associates Vice President for Nebraska State Homebuilders Association. She is also a longstanding member of the Buffalo County Board of Realtors.
As a graduate of Leadership Kearney, Julie was the co-founder of Youth Leadership Kearney. She has served on several Kearney Area boards including the YMCA.

Dana Bloomberg
Manager
Dana has an Associates Degree with course work having an emphasis in legal studies. She has been in the title and escrow business since 2000, becoming a Registered Abstracter in 2000 and a Licensed Title Agent in 2002. Prior to working in the title and escrow business, she was a Legal Assistant for 11 years with many of the client files involving real estate transactions. She is a member of the NLTA and is an associate member of the Buffalo County Board of Realtors.

Valerie Hendricksen
Escrow Manager
Valerie was born and raised here in Kearney, where her grandfather, Robert E. Caldwell, founded Caldwell Manufacturing Company, now known as Chief Industries. Valerie moved to Oconto, NE in 1985 and later returned to Kearney to complete her education. She has been in the real estate and title business for 15 years . Valerie's education includes a Business Administration Degree, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and Associates Degrees in both Computer Technology, and Accounting.
Prior to entering the title business, Valerie was a business owner with her husband for 18 years in the home building business in Custer County NE. Therefore, very familiar with the real estate business and procedures.
Valerie is an active member of the National Humane Society, and is engaged in "emergency rescue" for both large and small animals in 5 counties in Nebraska. She is a member of the National Quarter Horse Association, and leads youth in both 4-H and rodeo training.
